through the 2025-2026 year are: Marty Anderson – President;
Leeann Weiskopf – Vice President; Gary Stoh – Treasurer; Diane
Coffman – Secretary.
As outgoing President, I want to thank those who step up and
become involved in running ALL the clubs and groups here at
Solera. Yes, it's work; yes, there are some 'speed bumps' that must
be addressed; and yes, the community involvement and 'giving
back' outweigh everything. My life has been enriched by the friends
I've made during my involvement with Sippers, and I treasure that.
Get involved — the benefits are very rewarding.
This month we preview a new event — 'Out of the Box' — enjoying
some surprisingly good boxed wines. In May we bring back 'Third
Time is a Charm' — a Name That Tune event that had been abruptly
canceled twice before (once for illness, once for power outage). This
is always a fun and lively table participation event.
The Sippers continue to be a great value. Your $20 membership
dues come back to you in the form of subsidies on several events
throughout the year.
Remember, ALL Solera residents are welcome in the Solera
Sippers. We are not a snobby wine club; we are a group of people
enjoying fun and fellowship— and drinking a bit o' the grape while
doing so.
