team members. We are pleased to
inform you that our team is now
fully staffed and we are actively
addressing outstanding projects.

• Dishwasher: Lighting vendor is
scheduled to change the outlet
from 210v to 110v.
• Gym TVs: Communication
with the IT vendor is ongoing.
New Smart TV connections are
not compatible with the current
system.
• Bulk Pick-Up: One pick-up
has been completed; the second
pick-up is scheduled.
• Billiards Shade: e shade
has been reinstalled, and parts
have been ordered for the pull
mechanism.
• Stove Oven Knob: A work
order has been submitted;
maintenance is being scheduled.
