FOR UPDATES ABOUT FOUR SEASONS, GO TO FOURSEASONSBEAUMONT.ORG 6 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MAY 2025 GENERAL MANAGER'S REPORT By Eric Zarr, email eric.zarr@fsresidential.com, or call/text (909) 991-8337 MARCH DOLLARS AND CENTS At the March Board meeting, the following projects and bids were approved. Please note in parentheses is the committee that generated the proposal and then stating either an Operational expense which comes from this year's dues, or a Reserve expense: • Ballroom shades and acoustic panels - $31,000 (Facilities/Reserve) • Summit pool and spa replastering - $83,345 (Facilities/Reserve) • Via Capri & Forked Run Project - $37,785 (Landscape/Park West Credit) • 2025 Tree Trimming - $127,429.80 (Landscape/Operational) • Lodge/RCN Light Fixture Update - $2,156.51 (Facilities/Reserve) DAILY REPORT If you're not receiving Four Seasons Beaumont daily emails/Activities Blasts, email issues@fourseasonsbeaumont.org to have your email added to the list of recipients. Having your email on the list is especially important in order to receive warnings and updates related to emergencies in our area (Example: September 2024 Record Fire). REMINDERS A reminder I give at each Open Session Board Meeting is to slow down. Once you are home behind the gates, speeding or not stopping at stop signs will only "save" you a few seconds of time. Speed limits are 30 mph on the Circle, 25 mph on all side streets, and 15 mph in parking lots. Slow down and drive responsibly. Also, use the sidewalks if you're a pedestrian and wear white or reflective clothing when it's dark outside. AMAZON Please help us solve an issue that has recently begun at the main gate. When you purchase something from Amazon, DO NOT select the early 4 to 8 am delivery time. Amazon drivers are attempting to get into the community at 4 am to deliver packages. NO SOLICITING While we don't allow soliciting, vendors will at times still do so after a valid visit with an owner. If someone is coming to your door trying to sell you a product or service, please call The Lodge and we will do our best to remove the person from the community. SLURRY UPDATE In an abundance of caution, we rescheduled the slurry-seal portion of the streets project to be in July and August of this year. The temperatures historically have been cool in April and May, when this was originally scheduled. Postponing means the higher summer temperatures will help the slurry set faster so streets will be drivable on the same day, eliminating delays in opening streets. Updated maps and information is online at fourseasonsbeaumont.org/streets.
