| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | MAY 2025 | 23 We are in full swing here at the Golden Girls Ladies Club. The momentum continues to move forward with high energy, fun activities and outings. In the month of March we gathered at Ramona Hillside Playhouse to see the play Mouse Trap. In April, we toured the Western Science Center here in Hemet followed by lunch at Downtown Deli. Our monthly Fun Day Game day is the second Friday of the month. We had a full house with lots of laughs and conversation. We previewed some episodes of the Golden Girls sitcom. Just a friendly reminder of when women gather there is plenty to laugh and talk about. The conversations continued at the Bistro for lunch. The next game day is May 9 at 1 pm in the Game Room. On May 6 we will be going to Journey's Inn Restaurant behind Pechanga Casino. Of course there might be some Ladies that are ready to press their luck at the slot machines. Good luck Ladies. We as a club have committed to support the non-profit organization "Valley Restart Center" which will be headed by our member Sharron Stout. Thank you Sharron. Every other month we will be collecting and providing needed supplies to this wonderful center. The second philanthropic organization we support is the "Pet Haven." Our member Debbie Foster has created a program for us to participate in providing "Swag Bags." We will be making cute cloth hand bags filling them with dog or cat supplies for the lucky animals that go to a new home. Either May or June we will be announcing a guest speaker to present a program called "Breath Work" Relaxation -Concentration breathing exercise. Our doors are always open to welcome you to join us and see what we are all about. We offer you friendship and friendly fun activities. Our next meeting will be May 26 at 1:15 pm in the Ballroom to have time to meet and mingle with refreshments before our meeting starts.
