| SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | MAY 2025 | 45 Arlene's Breakfast Club is a group of wonderful Sun Lakes ladies who enjoy a morning of fellowship and breakfast. We meet at 9am in the Main Clubhouse Restaurant the second Thursday of each month. We have a variety of speakers on various topics and support our local veterans with donations. Our breakfast is a buffet for $18 including tax and tip. No dues, just pay for your meal. We must provide an accurate count to the Restaurant, so enough food is prepared. Please call Patti Donitini at (951) 769-3271 for more information and to RSVP. Arlene's Breakfast Club If you have a classic car, love to ride or sit in one, talk about or just look at one, you need to join our club! We have no membership fees or dues, and our meetings are once a month and very short. We begin at 9 am on the first Saturday of every month in the parking lot of the Main Clubhouse. We display our cars and talk shop, and at 9:30 am we meet in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room for a very short meeting. We announce car shows, discuss upcoming activities and events, and then go out together for breakfast. Men and women, husbands and wives, boyfriends and girlfriends, are all welcome. We're all about fun and good fellowship, and we're looking for new members to share our good vibe. You don't even need to own a classic car. Come join us and expand your social life! Be sure to bring a chair. For more information, contact Denny Rugenstein at (317) 370- 8943. TOPS do not pay celebrities to endorse us, and we do not promise quick fixes or promote unrealistic images of the "perfect" body. You can decide to make lasting change, just like the men and women in TOPS who have lost millions of pounds together since 1948. Some of them have stayed at their goal weight for 10 to 50 years. We provide a variety of helpful tools free with your membership, including a My Day One (quick-start guide), six TOPS News magazines a year and members-only website with online tracking to recipes, a medical library, and more. TOPS celebrates your success. Staying motivated can be challenging, but the TOPS recognition program celebrates your successes big and small, whether it is recognition at chapter meetings or at regional or international level. We invite you to visit our TOPS chapter. We meet at the South Clubhouse on Thursday with weigh-ins from 9 to 9:50 am and meeting from 10 to 11 am. You may visit once free of charge.
