As always ,April was a busy month for the HOA and Clubhouse
management team.
The LPLR is up and running. We expect to go live with both front
and back gates by May 1, 2025. We will notify you when the system is
in place via eblast. I think you will be very happy with this upgrade
and all that you will be able to do yourself by registering guests
online if you desire, along with many more enhancements.
The 2025 decal process is complete. It was organized, efficient and
went off without any problems. If you missed the process, feel free to
come to the HOA office and we will provide you with the 2025 decal.
The HOA office is still offering one-on-one training at the office
once a month. You can call our office to schedule training if you
desire. We have surpassed 1,000 registered residents in our Keystone
portal.
The 2025 annual election for the OHCC Master Board of Directors
is under way. There are four seats to fill each for a two-year term. You
should have received the call for candidates' notice via eblast. The
notice is also posted at the Clubhouse and the HOA office.
