As of April 1, we've had 28 new residents for 2025. Twenty-seven
of those requested visits. So, we've been busy welcoming new
residents and enjoy providing them with many great resources in
our welcome bags, including a coupon book for local businesses.
We started giving the coupon books out in October of 2024. If you
moved to Solera last year and didn't get a coupon book yet, please
let me know, and I'll be happy to get you one.
We're also gearing up for our new resident breakfast gathering
scheduled for Saturday, August 23 at 10am. Some of the highlights
will include:
1) Solera groups and clubs introductions.
2) A question-answer session for anything Solera.
3) Breakfast breads/muns and beverages served.
4) Door prizes/rae or other free items.
All new residents since October 2024 will receive personal
invitations to the event about one or two months prior to the
event. Be sure to go ahead and mark your calendars, though!
