DRAINS & HOUSE NUMBERS
When the homes were constructed,
each one featured two drains at the
front, two along both sides, and two
in the back. Over time, some of these
drains — particularly those at the
front — have become obscured by
grass growth. One drain is located
near your driveway, while another can
be found on the opposite side, close
to the property line. If you're having
difficulty locating the drains, it may be
helpful to check the placement of your
neighbor's drains for reference.
When submitting a Home
Improvement Application (HIA),
please ensure that all drains are visible,
especially if you are planning to add
concrete or re-landscape the rear yard.
Additionally, visible address
numbers next to your garage door are
essential for your safety during fire or
medical emergencies. Please note that
correcting this situation with a simple
marker is not acceptable. The best
long-term solution is to purchase new
address plaques. You can find address
numbers and bulbs at local stores
like Do It Best and Ace Hardware.
The address numbers should be 4
inches tall (the overall tile size will be
slightly larger). When visiting Do It
Best, inform the staff that you are a
Solera resident/owner to facilitate your
purchase.

check out amazon.com (search for

+ 3030"), where you can buy a package
containing multiple bulbs. Perhaps
your friends or neighbors could benefit
from a couple of extras as well.
It is crucial that your address is
clearly visible and well-lit so that
guests, mail services, and local
emergency responders can easily
locate your home.
