Please be advised that some of these projects may have already been completed, as the due date for this June publication was nearly a month ago. Below is a summary of projects recently completed and those currently underway. Completed Projects • Gym TVs Are Now Functional All TVs in the gym have been repaired and are now fully operational to enhance your workout experience. • Shower Curtain Hooks Replaced New hooks have been installed for all shower curtains to ensure proper function and ease of use. • COVID-19 Signage Removed Outdated pandemic-related signs have been taken down throughout the facility. • South Parking Lot Lamp Replaced A new lamp has been installed near the south entrance to the parking lot, improving lighting and safety during evening hours. • Trash Can Near Coee Cart Cleaned is area has been cleaned for a more pleasant and sanitary environment. • New Pool Noodles Ordered Fresh pool noodles have been ordered to replace worn ones, enhancing poolside enjoyment. • Trash Enclosure Cleaned e trash enclosure has been cleaned to improve hygiene and reduce odors. • No Trespassing Signs Installed Signs have been posted to help deter unauthorized access. • Shower Heads Cleaned and/or Replaced Maintenance has either cleaned or replaced shower heads as needed to improve water ow and cleanliness. • Indoor Pool Storage Container Hinges Repaired Repairs have been made to ensure the storage unit is secure and functional. • City Permit Received for Mailbox Project We have secured the necessary permit for the mailbox project, moving it one step closer to completion. • Backow Testing Completed Annual backow testing has been completed; All backows have passed the testing. • Large Outdoor Pool Heaters Replaced Two large outdoor pool heaters were replaced. • Small Outdoor Pool Pump Replaced. Small outdoor pool had a pool pump replaced. Projects In Progress • Billiards Table Shade Repair Parts have been ordered for the shade's pull mechanism. • Stove Oven Knob Replacement A work order has been submitted to a vendor, and maintenance will be scheduled. • Common Area Signs Inventory An inventory check revealed that several common area signs need replacement. is is currently being addressed. • Lodge Signage Proposals Requested Proposals have been requested for updated signs inside the lodge. Final selection is pending. • Parking Lot Tree Trimming Trees in the parking area are scheduled to be trimmed for safety and improved aesthetics. • Fire Hydrant Clearance Landscaping work has been scheduled to remove GM Report By Irma Rabago, General Manager Continued on next page
