| SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | JUNE 2025 | 43 Caregiver Support Group HAPPY FATHER'S DAY! I wish each of you a wonderful day with family doing all the things that make you happy. Our next meeting and support group is Thurs., June 19 at 10 am in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room. In April, Diane collected material from our Sun Lakes Health Fair and she will discuss the available memory care and assisted living facilities in our area. She will also go over the important questions to ask when considering a facility. Remember this group is for ALL CAREGIVERS. Our group is free, there is no membership fee. Just free knowledge for you to absorb. We are here to help you. This month is our first outing as a group. For those of you who signed up in May, we will be taking a tour of the golf course. Thank you to Doug Swenson who has been so generous with his time to conduct this tour for us. If anyone in the group has an idea of an outings they would like for our group, please contact Shelia Charboreau or Anne Magnolia. Don't forget about our program in the Arts & Crafts Room. We care for your loved one while you attend the meeting. We are a group of loving and very capable volunteers who play games, do exercises, and do just about anything to keep your loved one happy while you attend the meeting. Thank you to Dave Obry who entertained our group in May. Dave always has an interesting story to go alone with the songs he sings. Thanks Dave! In June, Paul and Lance Alloway return.
