Curb Appeal Feature | LIFE IN SOLERA | JUNE 2025 | 7 Notice from Code Enforcement: Community Maintenance Guidelines Code Enforcement will be canvassing the community and addressing homes with dirty stucco. Additionally, homes with doors, shutters, and window and door trim in need of a fresh coat of paint will also be noted. Due to natural elements, exterior paint can fade over time. Keep in mind that one or two sides of your home are often more exposed to sun and wind, leading to increased fading and dirt accumulation. Given that our homes are now over 18 years old, it's important to be proactive. Whether you decide to power wash your home or not, it's essential to refresh your doors, shutters, and window and door trim with new paint, as these features often show significant wear. If you're considering a color change, color palettes are available in the office for your convenience. We encourage you to drive around the community to see the various combinations that other homeowners have chosen— newly painted homes truly enhance our community! A team member is available to assist you in selecting your color palette. Please remember that when repainting any exterior surfaces (stucco and/or trim), even if you are using the same color scheme, you must obtain DRC approval in accordance with Article II. If you prefer not to paint, we recommend hiring a professional to power wash your home, as a garden hose alone will not yield satisfactory results. Thank you for your attention to these important community maintenance guidelines. Design Review Committee 1624 LANDMARK WAY 1763 SCOTTSDALE ROAD 1715 S FOREST OAKS DRIVE
