you've moved here recently, and would like to be included in the

As a reminder, one of the great resources we include in our
welcome bag is our "New Resident Quick Start Guide." Regardless
of how long you've lived here, it is a concise reference for essential
information about Solera such as clubhouse and management
oce hours, the Solera website, community rules, Gate Sentry
website/app to manage your vendors and guests, and more. If
you haven't seen it, it's available to everyone on the Solera website
