We had another great month of learning new conventions and progressing
with our bridge playing. We've been having eight or nine tables for Tuesday
evenings which have been very lively. First Friday has also been popular for
bridge players that do not want to play duplicate. Our duplicate games are
every Tuesday and every other Friday. Our next First Friday will be June 6
where we welcome all bridge club members. One important new thing we
are encouraging is for every player to count their cards face down rst before
playing; when cards are moving from table to table, they are easily misplaced.
