| OHCC LIVING | JUNE 2025 | 7
I hope all the mothers, grandmothers, and great-grandmothers
enjoyed a wonderful Mother's Day.
I wanted to address driving within Ocean Hills
Country Club. Speed signs are put out regularly and
the community patrol conducts speed enforcement
when able. Please be aware of your surroundings.
Anytime you need to read a text message or take
a video call, please park your vehicle at the nearest
appropriate parking place. It's better to be safe than
sorry.
Also, as the days get hotter, please have water with
you when you are going out for walks. It's important
to check the forecast before leaving. It you're already
doing that, way to stay hydrated!
A friendly reminder to also remember closing
your garages. As the days are getting hotter, I
know leaving it open helps ventilate it. Just because
we live in a close community shouldn't mean we
should not be cautious.
As a reminder, once trash day is over, which
is every Wednesday unless an observed holiday by
Waste Management delays the trash pick-up, cans
should be put away and not just le on your driveways or visible
by the streets. Community patrols are making their rounds and
citing accordingly.
Any questions regarding rules and regulations, please
do not hesitate to contact the front gate. I or any of
the other ocers will gladly answer them. We seek
compliance and adherence to the rules established at
OHCC. Any actions performed by the ocers that you
would like me to address with the patrol ocers, please
give me a call or email.
As always, "ank You" OHCC residents, for your
vital role in our community. We greatly appreciate
your cooperation in adhering to the rules. We are
committed to serving you and the community;
your feedback is invaluable. If you have any concerns
or suggestions that you would like to see addressed in
a future issue of OHCC Living magazine, we encourage
you to share them. Please feel free to contact me via
email or phone. My oce at the front gate is always open
for OHCC residents. ~ Tony Duong, Account Manager,
