Nothing screams spring into summer like this
giant basket of owers! April showers certainly
brought May owers, but this creative image,
designed and sewn by member Cleta Colston and
quilted by her sister, Diane Best, is out-standing in
its own eld of beauty. Jenell Lamb's newest quilt
jacket project of red roses tantalizes the senses.
One can almost smell the fragrance…
As we continue to enjoy the talents of one
another, and the deep friendships forming among
us, we are all in agreement that our time together
on ursdays ies by all too quickly. We no sooner
begin cutting, sewing and chatting when it's
time to return home. As a result, we have come
to appreciate our shared interaction of creative
ideas, suggestions and support; including bringing
those dicult projects in for dissection and expert
advice. Yes, even fabric and thread require careful
surgical dissection, AKA Jack the Seam Ripper is
always On Call!
To date, we have no excursions planned for June.
However, the SoCal Quilter's Run is in July, running
July 10-13 and 17-20. Visit Quiltersrun.com for

Seasons Quilters meets every ursday in the
Arts & Cras Room from 10 am to 4 pm breaking
for lunch at the Bistro at 12:30. In June we will
meet on 6/5, 6/12, 6/19 and 6/26. For more
information about quilting, activities, fun projects
and forming forever friendships, stop by the Cra
Room and see what's sewing! We would love to
meet you. All Four Seasons residents are welcome
to attend meetings & excursions.
