| LIFE IN SOLERA | JULY 2025 | 9 As summer heats up and more residents enjoy the pool and spa, we'd like to remind everyone of a few important rules and guidelines to help ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all. Please review the following highlights from the community's official pool policies: General Pool Use • Residents Only: e pool is for residents and their guests. Each household may bring up to six guests at a time, and residents must remain with their guests inside the fenced area. • No Lifeguard on Duty: All pool and spa use is at your own risk. Please swim responsibly and be mindful of your own and others' safety. • Pool Rules Are Posted: Residents are responsible for knowing the posted rules and ensuring their guests follow them. Hygiene & Safety • Shower First: Everyone must rinse off in the outdoor shower before entering the pool or spa. (No soap or shampoo allowed.) • Swim wear Required: Proper swim wear must be worn. Light- colored shirts are permitted for sun protection. • No Swim Diapers: Children or adults wearing swim diapers or training pants are not permitted in the pool or spa. is rule includes attempts to circumvent the policy. Children & Supervision • Guest Hours for Minors: Children under 16 may visit the pool with a resident between 10 am and 2 pm only. • In-Water Supervision: Non-swimming children must be accompanied by an adult in the water. Approved life jackets and water wings are encouraged. • No Children in Spa: Children under 16 are not permitted in the spa at any time. • Safe Toys Only: Water toys must be safe, non-disruptive, and closely supervised. e Association reserves the right to determine acceptable use. Conduct & Consideration • No Horseplay: Running, diving, pushing, dunking, or unsafe play is strictly prohibited. • Keep Noise Down: Only personal audio devices with headphones are allowed. No speakers or radios. • Floatation Devices: Allowed as long as they do not disturb others. If they become a nuisance, they may be removed. Facility Monitors • Facility monitors are present to help ensure rules are followed and to support a safe, respectful environment for all residents. • While they are not lifeguards, they may request guests to comply with policies or remove disruptive individuals from the area if needed. • Please be respectful and cooperate with facility monitors at all times.
