Aer review and approval by the Board at the next meeting, and the incorporation of any changes, the minutes become ocial. A complete copy is available in the HOA Oce. City of Murrieta Children's Library Expansion Presentation e City of Murrieta presented an overview of their plans to expand the Children's Library. Age Verication and Registration Process President Dalfonso extended his gratitude to all volunteers and sta for their eorts in ensuring a smooth Age Verication and Registration process. Majestic Asset Management Litigation Update President Dalfonso informed the Membership that the Board is still waiting for the golf course foreclosure date. Majestic Asset Management submitted an Appeal to the California Supreme Court on the 3.4-million-dollar fraudulent conveyance ruling. Opening briefs are due by June 20, 2025. Golf Course Update Aeration of the golf course greens was completed. A special thanks to JC Golf for the generous loan of the aerator equipment to the receiver. Dog and Pet Rules e Board is currently revisiting rules concerning dogs and the expectations for owner behavior. May 2025 Golf Course Subsidizing Request e Board approved the May 2025 subsidy request for the golf course in the amount of $21,550 for unexpected irrigation repairs. Approval of the March 2025 Treasurer's Report e Board approved the unaudited March 2025 Treasurer's Report. Total Operating, Reserve Liabilities and Equity is $5,804,000. Resignation of Shirley Leidenfrost, Library Committee Director, and Secretary Matteucci announced the resignation of Shirley Leidenfrost as Library Committee Chair. Shirley was a dedicated volunteer, and her many years of service are appreciated by both the Board and the community. Production and Technology Advisory Committee: Name Change and Charter Amendments e Board-approved changing the name of the Communications and Technology Advisory Committee (CATCOM) to the Production and Technology Advisory Committee (PTAC), along with amendments to the Charter outlining PTAC's revised responsibilities. Communications Advisory Committee: Name Change and Charter Amendments e Board approved changing the name of e Colony News Advisory Committee to Communications Advisory Committee, along with amendments to the Charter outlining the committee's revised responsibilities. Replacement of PTAC Studio Computer e Board ruled to not replace the Apple Desktop Computer in the PTAC Studio at this time. HenXP Contract Renewal/Website Scope of Work e Board approved the Henricksen Experiential (HenXP) Annual Managed Services and One-Time Website Design Services at a total cost not to exceed $43,400. Digital Touch Screen Signage e Board approved the replacement of two Digital Touch Screen Signage for the Clubhouse at a total cost of $13,800. 2025 Asphalt Rehabilitation Project e Board approved JB Bostick to perform the 2025 Asphalt Rehabilitation Project for the community at a cost not to exceed $673,332. G-46 Turf Replacement e Board approved the Environmental Concepts Landscape Maintenance proposal (#34169) for the turf replacement at G-46 (area on the west side of Avenida Florita between Calle Lampara and Via Trabuco), which involves the removal of turf and the installation of a rock basin, ground cover, new plants, irrigation and mulch at a total cost of $37,604.32. Rule 5.6.5 Christmas Lights, 28-Day Member Comment e Board approved proposed amendments to Rule 5.6.5 for publication in e Colony News Magazine for 28-Day member comment. Rule 5.22 Drones – Tabled e Board tabled the publication of a Drones Rule. Rule 15.12.1 Window Film – 28-Day Member Comment e Board approved proposed amendments to Rule 15.12.1 for publication in e Colony News Magazine for 28-day member comment. Rule 25.1.5 Welcome-Type Flag Placement – 28-Day Member Comment e Board approved proposed amendments to Rule 25.1.5 for publication in e Colony News Magazine for 28-day member comment. Fitness Room Equipment e Board authorized Management to obtain bids to replace one recumbent bike and 10 pieces of cardio equipment. Tax Return Filing – Colony Creek Properties, LLC e Board approved the proposal from Newman CPAs to prepare the tax return for Colony Creek Properties, LLC, in the amount of $750. Audit & Tax Preparation – e Colony at California Oaks HOA e Board approved the proposal from Newman CPAs to conduct an audit and prepare the tax return for e Colony at California Oaks Homeowners Association in the amount of $3,200.
