Parkinson's Support: Our Support Group meets the first Thursday of every month at the Clubhouse at 3 pm in the Majorca Room. We are a growing group of those with Parkinson's and their Caretakers. We offer participation in a walking group, weekend ping pong, an outside dance group, outside exercise groups and our social activities of Happy Hours and get-togethers! Gentle Yoga: Gentle yoga is free class led by OHCC resident Anna Grinshpun. Anna is certified yoga instructor and has been teaching yoga since 2004. The results of practice will bring your body into alignment and to a peaceful state. Please bring a yoga mat and a large towel/light blanket for a start.
