| OHCC LIVING | JULY 2025 | 7 Happy Fourth of July! I hope we're all enjoying summer with our friends and family. An important reminder, if you are in need of serious medical attention or see someone who is, please call 911. Community Patrol is trained only in first aid and AED. If the front gate gets a phone call, they will respond accordingly. Since the days are hotter, please have water with you when you are going out for walks. Checking the forecast before leaving your home will help immensely as you plan for the day. It also gives you an idea of when to walk your family pet. That way they aren't walking painfully on hot asphalt or concrete. If you're already doing that, good job looking out for your pets and staying hydrated. OHCC is an active community. It's great seeing multiple walkers, bicyclists, and people out enjoying the weather. Just a friendly reminder for bicyclists to stop at stops signs as you can't be too careful with those close calls. And for those walking during the evening, please wear bright clothing or ref lectors. When it gets dark drivers may have trouble seeing you walk. Always good to be safe. If you have any friends or family staying over, please remember to make sure they display their overnight guest pass. This is to avoid getting a citation. As I said at the open session, if a resident needs a parking pass overnight for their own vehicles beyond the 30 days allowed, please go to the HOA office and fill out a parking-pass request. It'll be reviewed by the CRC for approval or denial. If you have questions regarding rules and regulations, please do not hesitate to contact the front gate. I, or any of the other officers, will gladly answer them as we seek compliance and adherence to the rules established at Ocean Hills Country Club. Any actions performed by the officers that you would like me to address with the patrol officers, please give me a call or email. That should be it for now. As always, thank you OHCC residents for your cooperation in adhering to the rules. We are committed to serving you and the community and your feedback is invaluable. If you have any concerns or suggestions that you would like to see addressed in a future issue of OHCC Living Magazine, we encourage you to share them. Please feel free to contact me via email or phone. My office at the front gate is always open for Ocean Hills Country Club residents. ~ Tony Duong, Account Manager, Securitas Security Services, (760) 766-1458, cell (760) 505-2146, Tony.Duong@securitasinc.com Community Patrol Services
