32 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | JULY 2025 | Strength training is incredibly beneficial for women over 60. It helps maintain muscle mass, bone density, balance, and overall well- being. Here's what you need to know: Can a Woman Build Muscle Aer 60? Absolutely! While age- related muscle loss (sarcopenia) is real, it's not irreversible. Strength training can help you gain muscle mass even in your golden years. The right combination of strength training and holistic health can make a significant difference.
