We currently have space available at Corbett
Park to park your motorhome, travel trailer,
boats, or watercraft. We have the following
stalls available for lease:
• 20-foot: 9 stalls available
• 26-foot: 2 stalls available
• 28-foot: 8 stalls available
• 30-foot: 10 stalls available
• 34-foot: 1 stall available
• 36 foot: 1 stall available
• 38-foot: 23 stalls available
• 40-foot: 32 stalls available
The cost is $400 per year, which is $33.33
per month — much less than $200+ per
month elsewhere. It is a great deal! The year
runs from July 1 to June 30. A key deposit of
$50 is also due at the time of sign-up.
The following vehicles are eligible for
parking in Corbett Park: travel trailer, fifth-
wheel trailer, pickup truck with camper,
motorhome, trailer properly configured to
transport boats or watercraft, enclosed utility
trailer, and vehicle (regardless of origin) that
has been converted to have toilet facilities,
sleeping facilities, and cooking facilities.
Flatbed trailers and commercial vehicles are
not permitted regardless of the intended use.
