Once submissions are received, the management team will coordinate brief meetings with Committee Chairpersons, Club Presidents, and Treasurers. ese meetings provide an opportunity to review nancial records, clarify any questions, and ensure compliance with SDV guidelines. It's also a valuable time to share updates and ideas that support the continued success of our community organizations. We encourage all leadership team members to watch for further communication from management regarding this process.
