Lunch at the Lodge

On a sunny Saturday morning, just a week before
Independence Day, the SDV Bocce Ball Club ended their
2025 season with a bang! An excited and primed group
of 20 players, along with their supporters (and a handful
of gnats), began the
games at 9 am to
decide the Season
Champions. Aer
the nal ball came
to rest, the team of
Sharon Larson and
Randy Daniels was
crowned victorious!
Runner-up honors
went to Deborah Frey
and Bob Larson. Bob
already holds a place on the trophy from his win in 2012.
at's staying power! Randy is also a two-time champion.
e games were followed by a great potluck luncheon,
held in the Ballroom. e food was delicious, and no one
went away hungry.
Our new 2025-2026 season will begin in October. Keep
an eye out for the announcement of a starting date, and
plan to come out and join the fun!
