Memoir Writing meets the first and third
Mondays of the month. The first Monday is in the
Card Room, and the third Monday, in the Annex.
Drop in anytime to see what the meeting is about, or
stay a while, enjoying the company of others. We'd
love to have you in the group whether you write or
not. Both novice and proficient are welcome, both
gentlemen and ladies, too. If you are interested,

To Colony residents who are single: how would you like to have a
dinner you didn't have to cook or order in and also enjoy it with like-
minded individuals? That's what we do at the Singles dinners. So, stop
hiding because you think we're a dating club and come join us! We
just like to have dinner and socialize. Often, we have entertainment
afterwards, and this month we will have the Ballet Folklorico. With
their colorful costumes and lively music, it is a favorite group.
Our dinner on Monday, Aug. 11, will be pork ribs, or a vegetarian
entrée or grilled chicken by request, which should be noted on your
check. The checks for $22 (for members) and $25 for guests need
to be turned into the box at Reception no later than Monday, Aug. 4.
If this will be your first time, your dinner price will be $15. Please
let Mary Dettmers (our Treasurer) know so we can have a greeter
watch for you.
To cancel or change your dinner reservation, you must call Mary at
951-698-3171 by Aug. 4.
We will be looking forward to seeing you at 5 pm in the Auditorium
on Aug. 11. Dress up, BYOB and join us!
