Applications (HIA)
require signatures from
two neighbors.
• Doorbell type security
cameras do not require
a HIA.
• Security cameras shall
be "fixed view" and may
not be directed toward
or record the activity
of another neighbors.

• Replacement windows
matching material,
appearance, color
and finish of existing
Milgard windows do not
need a HIA.
• Replacement doors
for either the front
door or side garage
door may be replaced
with a combination of
wood and glass. (HIA
required)
• Wall-mounted flags do
not need a HIA.
• The size of a flag
cannot exceed 4' by
6'. Flagpoles shall not
exceed 20'. Flag lighting
is white with bulb
intensity of no more
than 600 lumens. (HIA
required)
• HIAs need diagrams,
location, photos, size,
shape, dimensions or
materials being used.
