I want to welcome Cindy Bice as a Welcome Committee member! Cindy had been supporting
our committee for over a year as our Board liaison, and we're thrilled she is now a member of
our team.
We're extra busy, but having fun meeting new residents. We already have 57 new resident
households as of July 1, which is the total number we had in all of 2024! Among our newcomers
are two households on Silverleaf Canyon, Guy Thomas and Zina Bakoo, and David and Julie
Peters; Diana and Mike Bedwell on Northview; and Christy Beavers on Wind Flower.
If you're a new resident and would like your name and even a photo included in one of our
next editions, please let me know.
We're ramping up for our New Resident Event on Sat., Aug. 23 at 10 am in the Clubhouse.
Invitations were mailed to all new resident households who've been here since August 2024. If
you're a new resident, be sure to let us know if you can join us.
It will be a fun event where every household in attendance receives a free gift; and will be
entered into a raff le for Home Depot gift cards, fire extinguishers, and more. You can enjoy
refreshments while meeting some of our board members, and hearing about many of our
clubs and groups. We'll also share some Solera fun facts and answer questions you have about
Solera.
