FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | SEPTEMBER 2025 63 4x4 Seasons East Indian Canyon Trail Despite the record-breaking heat, 4x4 Seasons still gathered for a July outing. Six off-road rigs ventured into the rugged hills off Highway 243 in Riverside County for an adventurous day exploring the scenic terrain. Our route took us through the dusty trails of East Indian Canyon and San Jacinto Ridge where the mix of challenging inclines and stunning mountain views made for an unforgettable trip. Midway through the day, we took a refreshing break to splash in the cool waters of the North Fork of the San Jacinto River, enjoying the natural beauty and a chance to relax. After a few more miles of trail, we wrapped up our outing with a hearty lunch at the Atomic Cow and Creamery in Idyllwild, a perfect spot to recharge and swap stories from the trail. If you are interested in 4x4ing with us, our meetings are on the second Tuesday of the month in the RCN and a 4x4 adventure is typically scheduled for the same week on Thursday. Hope to see you there. ~ Scott D. Snyder, scottdonaldsnyder@gmail.com Ladies Putters Just a reminder that the Ladies Putting Group will again participate in the Four Seasons Oldlympics and is open to ANY resident of Four Seasons, so we're hoping some guys will join us this time. The new cabana cover recently installed at the putting green has proven very effective as temperatures rise into the 90s. As always, we'd love to see more ladies come out and try our Ladies Putting Group, as it's a low-impact, fun, and very social activity. The best part is, no experience is necessary. We have extra putters and balls if you'd like to join us. Our nine-hole putting green is located at The Courts, behind the pool area. Our putting days and times are Mondays at 4 pm and Fridays at 9 am. For more information, please contact Elaine Brown at (626) 589-9791 or Phyllis Kates at (909) 227-0037. ~ Phyllis Kates Just a reminder that the Ladies Putting Group will again participate in the Four Seasons Oldlympics activity.
