This year marks a major milestone for our community: the 20th Anniversary of our homeowners association — and we are celebrating in grand style with the biggest parade in our history! A vibrant celebration of unity, pride, and neighborly spirit, the parade is set to roll through our streets on Saturday, Oct. 4, promising fun, excitement, and unforgettable memories for all. From the moment the first float (golf cart) sets off, it will be clear: this is no ordinary HOA event. The Board of Directors and committee members will lead the way, proudly representing the decades of work that have helped shape and grow our neighborhood into the thriving community it is today. Behind them will follow a procession of clubs, each showing off their unique personalities and contributions to community life — whether it is wine, pickleball, book lovers, or fitness enthusiasts — every aspect of our neighborhood will be on display. Adding extra sparkle to the lineup, we are honored to welcome local dignitaries who will join us in recognizing two decades of community growth and collaboration. As the parade winds through the streets of Four Seasons, it will end at The Lodge where burgers from In-N-Out will be available for purchase for $10 for a burger, drink, and chips. Tickets for this go on sale Sept. 9 at 12 pm in The Lodge. Don't wait — tickets are limited. One of the most exciting additions to this year's celebration is participation from Beaumont's own fire and police departments. Expect to see gleaming fire trucks, police cruisers, and even a few heroic K9s waving from their vehicles. This is a wonderful opportunity for our community to meet our city's brave first responders and thank them for their service. And if that's not enough to get your attention, how about live jugglers, parade animals, and other delightful surprises?!? You will want your cameras ready. Entertainment and charm will be around every corner. "This isn't just a parade, it's a celebration of who we are," said the Anniversary/Recognition Chairwoman Nancy Ginnetti. Nancy went on to say, "We have built more than homes here — we have built relationships, traditions, and a legacy of caring. This anniversary is for everyone who calls this place home." Nancy should know — she has lived here since day one! Mark Saturday, Oct. 4 in your calendar today. The parade starts at 11 am so get your lawn chair in position before the parade passes you by. The route will be posted. Parking will be available at The Lodge and designated overflow lots. Whether you have been here since day one or just moved in last month, this parade is for you. Join us as we honor the past, celebrate the present, and look forward to a bright future — together.
