24 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | SEPTEMBER 2025 Facilities Committee As the days grow shorter and the weather has the brisk feeling of fall in the air, our community's shared spaces are quietly undergoing transformation. Recent months have seen a f lurry of activity, with both planned improvements and thoughtful touches designed to enhance comfort and enjoyment for all residents. The committee is set to complete renovations of both The Lodge and The Summit. With these projects wrapping up, we will soon turn our attention to new initiatives within the community. In late July, we added pyramid-designed outdoor heaters. These not only enhance the aesthetic but also provide warmth for outdoor dining or conversations on the patio for cooler weather ahead. In response to complaints about mosquitoes in outdoor areas, the community purchased a mosquito-eliminating device and is showing promising results. If the device continues to be effective, we will add more units. Facilities would like to recognize and extend their gratitude to Greg Gall, who recently retired from the committee. His dedicated service as a community volunteer was very appreciated. We wish Greg all the best! The Facilities Committee meets at 9 am on the second Wednesday of each month in the RCN Conference Room. All homeowners are welcome to attend. ~ Regina Farmer Mosquito eliminator Heating lamps
