FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | OCTOBER 2025 29 Social Committee Can you believe it? The Social Committee has only one more event to share with you for 2025: New Year's Eve! MARK YOUR CALENDARS — Tickets go on sale Dec. 2 from 9 to 11 am in the Ballroom. There will be assigned seating. Doors open at 5 pm with appetizers and champagne served as you walk in. The ticket price is the same as last year, $75 per person. This event will be a New York New Year's Eve. We will celebrate the new year at 9 pm and close at 10 pm. Save the date for ticket sales — they will go fast! For entertainment, we'll have a show band recommended by Mark Lassen called "Jolly Corks." They will play from 7 to 10 pm. They are a five-piece, multi-decade tribute band featuring a female lead vocalist, a male co-lead vocalist, bassist, keyboardist, guitarist, and drummer. They cover music from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, and current rock, pop, funk, and blues hits. They're sure to play one of your favorites! The catering will be handled again by Anne Taylor. There will be a choice of honey balsamic herb chicken breasts or meat lasagna. Vegan and vegetarian options will also be available. These choices will be selected when purchasing your tickets. The photographer, JB Photo, will bring lots of fun props to capture the spirit of the evening. Hope to see you there as we ring in the new year 2026! ~ Lisa Johnson, lisajohnson710@gmail.com The 2025 Residential Survey asked, "What do you like best about Four Seasons?" The better question might have been "What's not to like?" That would have meant many fewer answers to tabulate. The responses can be summarized in what one resident said, "The property is beautiful. I love the entrance to the property, the tree lined streets, multiple buildings with amenities, cleanliness and maintenance, and generally nice people. The resort atmosphere and peacefulness is why I purchased in the community. City services, first responders are incredible." Community Planning The most frequent responses are in rank order: • Activities, clubs, shows, Activity Director's fun involvement • Friends and neighbors, friendly environment • Beautiful environment and community. Landscaping and views. • Walking trails and sidewalks. • Safe, quiet, peaceful • Bistro • All the available amenities including the salon, gyms, pools ~ Jane Hooper, janehooper@yahoo.com
