As you know, another election season is upon us, and on behalf of the Board
of Directors and the Seabreeze Management Team, we're thrilled to invite you to
Meet the Candidates, hosted by Seabreeze Management. Mark your calendars
for Friday, Oct. 3, at 5 pm in the Mountain View Lodge Ballroom.

perspectives, and learn more about their goals for the community. To ensure
everyone has a voice, homeowners will have the chance to submit written
questions on event day. Question cards will be provided, and our management
team will review them to avoid duplicates before presenting them to the

Congratulations to Jocelyne Quiroz on her promotion to Property Services
Manager! Jocelyne brings valuable experience in landscaping and vendor
relations from her time with Bemus, and her strong follow-up and follow-
through are sure to shine in her new role. We couldn't be happier to see her
