I thought that phrase well describes our Dance Troupe members. ough there can be some problems with knees and backs, for the most part we are in good shape and ready to dance. Our active lifestyles keep us feeling young and we want to continue to enjoy the movement, the music, and the companionship of our dance troupe. e friendships that have grown from the spirit of teamwork, support and laughter are an unexpected delight in addition to all the other benets we enjoy from attending our dance classes and practices. Our men's group will soon begin to practice for the April show. eir dance is oen the comical highlight of our performance, and it is easy to see how much the guys enjoy strutting their stu up on the stage. Some of our new members will participate in our upcoming show for the rst time. While it is hectic and a bit scary to be on stage performing for a crowd, we have fun doing it. Our couple's dance group has also started practices and will be performing ballroom dances in the show. We are looking forward to sharing with you all that we have learned. e Dance Troupe welcomes new members whether you are new to dance or have experience. We are a troupe that is show based, so be prepared to perform! Written by Gloria Lipitz Ocean Hills Dance Troupe
