Woodchucks
Hope you and your plants have survived the late summer heat
and monsoon. I actually used my A/C at home for the rst time
in a year.
ings at the Woodchucks Shop are heating up as well as we
count down to our annual Toy Drive that benets the children
of Camp Pendleton Marines. Members are completing their
wooden toys which will be donated to the Cause. As always, our
eorts will be on display at the Clubhouse from the rst week in
November until the middle of December when donations and toys
are picked up by the Marines.
Our Shop Foreman, Robert "Murf " Haugen, is always designing
and building something new and dierent, and to benet the Toy
Drive this year he did not disappoint. His amazing 3D wooden
cutting boards, which will also be on display in November in the
Clubhouse, will be available as 'prizes' for a few lucky donors to
our eorts. Stay tuned for details in November!
