In other golf news, Touring Amateurs was on Aug. 18 at El Camino Country Club. Closest to pin winners were Barbara ompson and Bob Fisher. ere was one team who scored the low gross and low net of the day-the ompsons and Guillory's with nine under (63) and -23 net. Emerald Isle was the site of our Sept. 15 TA results next month and another tournament Oct. 6 at e Links San Marcos. All winners are posted on our website OHGC.Net . Guys and Dolls were held Aug. 16 with lots of winners and Card os due to ties. Closest to the pin was Kathleen Cannon and Alan Colson. Magic Circle winners were slim with only two ladies getting it done-Donna Ryan and Witta Priester. Low gross on the day were teams of Farnsworth/Baughn/Priester then team Burleson/Deutman/Fisher also team Ballard/LaForte/Moore/ Vincent with net scores of 23 or ve under par. e Sept. 20 results will be posted next month then our nal tournament of the year is Oct. 25. We want to thank Patti Smith for sponsoring our Guys and Dolls Tournaments over this past year (pictured).
