Every club in OHCC is required to have a general membership meeting to elect club ocers for the next year. e Swim & Wellness club traditionally combines this task with a "free to members" light supper. On Wed., Nov. 19, we'll gather at 6 pm in Abravanel Hall for this event. Nominating committee chair Robin Bleeker will direct the voting of ocers. We are actively looking for members to indicate interest in a board position. Several current board members have indicated their intent to step down and 2026 is beginning to look bleak. Our club charter states these purposes: • Promote swimming and other water exercise as benecial, safe and fun • Promote a healthy lifestyle through wellness education • Recommend scheduling for optimum use and safety of the pool • Actively support compliance with pool usage rules • Advocate for the pool facility and equipment maintenance with the Recreation Department and the Master Board Interested in helping the club with these goals? Contact Robin at rbleeker53@gmail.com for information and to indicate your interest. Member Spotlight: Gail Bamberg has lived in OHCC for 2+ years and joined the club shortly aerward.
