This year's three-day show "Mardi Gras" was a huge success and was dedicated to our dear friend Jan Rogers- Staple who passed away this August. Also, unfortunately, we were missing our President, Joanne Graham (family emergency), as well as Director/Singer/Comedian Lloyd Friedman and Dancer Patty Barille, who were unable to attend due to illness. Oh, did we miss them. However, the show must go on — and it did! So many talented people here in Sun Lakes and we need to thank them all, especially those who stepped up to fill the void of these three people. Board members Penny Skog and Olga Marquette spearheaded the shows with the wishes of Joanne Graham. Everything she wanted, these two followed through on her behalf. Thank you for being such a great audience. Our "balloon drop" at the end of each show really ended this year's show with a "bang." If you missed the Follies Show, we hope to see you next year.
