Plasticware: Plasticware will be provided on the Veranda during large events, including Friday and Saturday night entertainment. Alcoholic drinks are not allowed on the Veranda due to the Association's Alcohol License with the California Department of Alcohol Beverage Control. Important Reminders: • You must always accompany your guests. • Designated children's hours are from 10 am to 2 pm. • As the resident, you are responsible for your guest's actions. • Please note that guests are not allowed at the South Clubhouse indoor pool. If you plan to host a gathering on the patios at either clubhouse, please reserve your space in advance by contacting the Recreation Department to check availability. We're happy to assist you! Please note: The pool season will end on Oct. 31, as the Main and North Clubhouse pools will no longer be heated. Only the South Clubhouse indoor pool will remain heated exclusively for Sun Lakes residents, no guests allowed. Main and North Clubhouse Pools Join the Recreation Department as we bid farewell to 2025 and welcome 2026! Celebrate the New Year on Dec. 31 in the Main Clubhouse Ballroom with an amazing dinner prepared by our fantastic chef from CCL, enjoy great music by Delaney & Jaymes, dance the night away, and raise a champagne toast to ring in 2026! It promises to be a wonderful and unforgettable evening of fun you won't want to miss. Important: Space is limited to 280 people. We will be using a lottery system for members to select their tables. The NYE Application & Lottery Box will be available from Dec. 1 - 7. The lottery drawing will be Dec. 8 at 9:30 am in the Main Clubhouse Multipurpose Room. You must be present or have an alternate to claim and select a table during the drawing. This New Year's Eve Party is limited to four purchases per household. Please note that each table seats a maximum of eight people. Smaller groups may be seated with others, and larger groups may be split up based on the lottery. Each application can include up to eight participants. Groups larger than eight cannot have all participants stapled together and dropped off as one. Please understand that this event fills up quickly, and we want to ensure everyone has a fair chance. You will select your table as your name is drawn during the lottery. This event is non- refundable, except if someone from the wait-list is able to take your place. Pricing for this event will be available in the December Lifestyles and on the application.
