30 | SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | NOVEMBER 2025 | Country Western Dance Friendship Club Line dance lessons have been well attended since our dance season began on Sept. 29. We meet every Monday night in the South Clubhouse from 6:30 to 8 pm. During each lesson, we review the dances we learned in previous sessions and learn one or two new dances. Experienced line dancers and quick learners are welcome to join the club anytime during the year. Dues are $20 per year and there is a fee of $3 per class. The Friendship Club ends its fabulous 30year run on Nov. 9, with singer/entertainer Lou Gazzara. At just 17 years old, Gazzara made history as one of the youngest finalists ever to appear on American Idol. Direct from Las Vegas, he delivers a non-stop performance with his remarkable five octave range and wide array of tones and inflections to pay tribute to some of the greatest hits of all time. Gazzara has spent every day of his waking life learning new ways to perfect his vocal technique and the ability to sing absolutely anything — the proper way. He delivers breathtaking renditions of classics from all eras and genres. From Frank Sinatra to Journey, Bruno Mars to Elvis Presley, James Brown to Pavarotti and more, Gazzara pays tribute to some of the greatest legends of all time. Don't miss this fabulous show and bid farewell to one of the longest-running performance clubs in Sun Lakes history. Tickets for the show are $25 for members, and $30 for guests. ALL SUN LAKERS ARE WELCOME. Doors open at 6 pm with open seating, and the show begins at 7 pm.
