Mike Lara, the current Mayor of Beaumont, California, is a true
local, having grown up in Beaumont, lived here his entire life, and
raised his family in the city. His deep roots in Beaumont have shaped
his perspective and dedication to public service,
especially within our active-adult community of
Four Seasons.
Mayor Lara prioritizes making sure residents
of Four Seasons have access to all the services
they need. He understands the unique needs of
the community and is committed to maintaining
a safe, comfortable, and well-supported
environment for its residents. Whether it's public
safety, recreation, or health services, Mayor Lara
focuses on providing quality and dependability
for the seniors who call Beaumont home.
Mike has served three terms as mayor,
demonstrating his long-standing commitment
to the city and its people. His leadership has
been characterized by community engagement, responsiveness, and
advocacy for Beaumont's interests at all levels of government. When
asked about his future plans, Mike expressed interest in running for
a fourth term.
Some wonder if Mayor Lara aspires to take his service further,
such as running for State Governor. When asked
about this, Mike honestly said, "Not at this time."
For now, he remains focused on Beaumont and
its residents, making sure they get the attention
and support they deserve.
The mayor's lifelong ties to Beaumont and
his dedication to the Four Seasons Beaumont
community make him a steadfast leader. His
leadership ensures ongoing progress and
continued service.
Our mayor said the 20th Anniversary Parade
was fantastic and very well organized. He said
he was honored to participate and looks forward
to being invited to more events.
