music, and dancing – Solera's New Year's
Eve Potluck and Party!
Join us and your Solera neighbors at the
last community celebration of the year!
The Welcome Committee is excited to be
hosting this year's New Year's Potluck and
Party on Wed., Dec. 31 starting at 6 pm in
the Oakmont Rooms. Here's what you need
to know:
• Buy your tickets at the administration
office for only $10 per person (cash
only), and reserve your seats (up to 10
people per table).
• The party is open to all residents, but
a maximum of 100 tickets will be
available, so don't delay in buying your
tickets.
• We'll be playing a variety of great tunes
so you can dance the night away.
• Bring your favorite dish to share with
others — and enjoy the variety of
dishes brought by your neighbors.
• BYOB — bring your favorite beverage
and a glass.
• We'll celebrate the New Year twice —
once at 9 pm (New York time), then
again at midnight (California time).

In other news, we continue to enjoy
meeting our new residents. 74 new
households and 124 new residents joined
our community as of Oct. 1. Among them
are Kandace and Larry Estes (below), who
attended our new resident event Aug. 23
and were one of the lucky raff le winners of
a Home Depot gift card.
