| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | NOVEMBER 2025 | 23 We are entering the holiday season, and our calendars are filling up fast. Just like the changing leaves on the trees. November brings about a calm beauty and also the time to start decorating our homes and the Clubhouse. Golden Girls Ladies Club continues to change with the times. We are always evolving, growing, and providing interesting and fun-filled events. Our past month of September we welcomed Mary Sweeney as a guest and also welcomed Joan Holt as a new member. We have a total of 47 active members. Linda Wetter stood up to thank all of the Board members for all their efforts and for keeping the club so vibrant Our Ice Breaker for our meeting was thought provoking and enlightening to describe who we are most like on the Golden Girls TV show. The question was You have a date tonight, what would you wear? 1. Nicest jewelry (This would be Dorothy) 2. Something simple that makes you feel good (This would be Rose) 3. Use your favorite purse/bag/backpack (This would be Sofia) 4. Anything that makes you look stunning (This would be Blanch) How about you, which Golden Girl would you be like? We have our usual Fun Day Friday once a month on the second Friday of the month at 1 pm in the Game ROom. Our October game was very funny if you like to beat your neighbor (really called s____ Your Neighbor) Fun Fun Fun lots of laughs and lots of whining. These Fun Fridays are just that, a time to get together and relax and chat with your friends. have fun at the same time. Our October "Hallow" Meeting was our members going back in time transforming ourselves into kids again dressing in a variety of costumes with prizes for the best costume. We are now in the process of planning our annual Christmas Luncheon for Dec. 4 at Rock K Ranch. This is one of our main events of the year that all members attend. We meet Nov. 23 at 1:15 pm in the Ballroom to first meet and greet and mingle. We welcome our Four Seasons neighbors to join us anytime.
