10 | Four Seasons Hemet Herald | NOVEMBER 2025 | Name: ____________________________________________________________________________________ Address:___________________________________________________________________________________ Phone: ____________________________________________________________________________________ NOVEMBER 2025 FREE SUNDAY BRUNCH FOR TWO AT THE BISTRO Not valid on holidays or special events. Limit ONE ENTRY per residence per month Welcome to the delightful season of sweaters, soups, and those irresistible sneaky second servings! November is such a special month filled with change and gratitude, and it's the last full month of autumn. Its crisp air, colorful falling leaves, and cozy gatherings make it the perfect time to slow down and ref lect before the holiday hustle and bustle kicks in. The 11th month is brimming with folklore and lovely traditions. Did you know that some folks believe a warm November could mean a harsh winter is coming? Many cultures also light candles in early November to honor loved ones, celebrated during All Saints' Day (Nov. 1) and Día de los Muertos (Nov. 1-2). Plus, we have the Beaver Moon, our full moon this month — named after the time when beavers prepare for winter, representing resilience and preparation. Pretty interesting, right? Francisco and the Bistro staff continue to provide our community with fabulous menu selections. You'll probably see a few hearty favorites featured on his November menu. And of course, Francisco's annual Thanksgiving Feast – be on the lookout for more details via email blasts and postings in the Lodge and the Bistro. As we soak in autumn's final glow, celebrate the renewal of spring, or enjoy time with family and friends, November is truly a month for gratitude, ref lection, and all those seasonal comforts. This year, November also holds a special meaning for our Bistro Committee. After over eight wonderful years of dedicated service as the Committee Chair and, most recently, as a member, Patt Gilliland is stepping down. We can't adequately express our gratitude for everything this fantastic woman has done! She's led the Committee through fun and challenging times, always with a warm smile and genuine passion. Thank you, Miss Patt, for all your hard work for the Bistro Committee and our Four Seasons community! We bid you adieu — and know that you'll be dearly missed! Please help us comply with Health Department and insurance guidelines — access to the Bistro Kitchen is restricted to Bistro staff and Bistro Committee Liaisons. If you need to speak with Francisco, you are welcome to ask any of the servers, and if he's available, he'll be happy to come out and meet with you. Thank you for being so cooperative regarding this important matter. Bon appétit! Pita Bistro Committee Congratulations to Linda Skea, the October Sunday Brunch for Two winner, courtesy of Francisco's Bistro. Albert Williams drew the winning entry. Please note - there is a limit of one entry per residence per month, and only entries from the current month's Herald will be accepted (no business cards or other entry forms are accepted).
