Selecting the Color Scheme is the first step in preparing a painting application to the Architectural Review Committee. ere are three ways to learn about the available color schemes. Meeting with Maria Donti, your Architectural support staff at the Lodge, is the best way. Maria has helped hundreds of homeowners decide which Color Scheme to use. She will know the current Color Scheme of your home. She will be very familiar with the color schemes of the nearby homes in your neighborhood. Maria can also email a Color Schemes PDF to you OR help you with the Four Seasons' website to get the Color Schemes PDF. Maria Donti can help you greatly in person. She has a three ring binder with a page for each of the 14 color schemes with Sherwin Williams paint colors developed by the Four Seasons developer. She would be very happy to meet with you to review the options. She can point out the colors and where they belong on the house. She can also point out colors that will complement houses nearby. Maria cannot loan the binder to you. Maria can email a Color Scheme PDF she made of the color schemes in the binder by taking pictures of each scheme and assembling the pictures into a document. If you use a computer, Maria can email your individual color scheme and the PDF to you by attaching it to the email. Simply click on the Color Scheme PDF at the bottom of the email. It will open using Adobe Acrobat. You can save it on your hard drive and look through it at your convenience.
