August champs: Sly Goins, Richard Burgett, and Pat Sivalingam September: Sly Goins and Jona Jetter
We had dozens of athletes and gamers who recently competed in the Valley-
Wide Recreation OLDlympics and many of them brought home the gold, silver,
and bronze medals. Congratulations to you all for putting yourself out there. The
big winner, with 15 medals, was Jona Jetter. She medaled in every competition
she entered. Now that takes determination!
If you missed the competition this year, there will be another next year,
usually beginning in late September. Keep your eye out for more information.
