| OHCC LIVING | NOVEMBER 2025 | 7 By the time this article is printed, we'll already be in November — my goodness, the holiday season is back again. I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving. Here's a quick tip to help your Thanksgiving dinner go smoothly: Please make sure to update your guest list ahead of time. That includes checking your permanent guest list and adding any new names as needed. If you're expecting additional guests but don't know the drivers or names in advance, you may list them as: "Any guest arriving to my home for Thanksgiving dinner." This helps ensure a smoother entry process at the gate. As our President eloquently stated during last month's open session: "STOP!" Each month, the Citation Review Committee (CRC) reviews footage of vehicles failing to make complete stops — or "rolling through" — posted stop signs. Just a reminder: residents are responsible for their guests and vendors entering the community. All visitors are expected to follow the rules and regulations in place at Ocean Hills Country Club. This month, we saw more violations from friends, family, and vendors than from residents. Please take a moment to remind your guests and service providers about our community rules when inviting them to your home. Another friendly reminder: playing on the golf course is permitted from 7:50 am to dusk. Community Patrol regularly monitors the area to ensure there is no play or walking on the back nine outside of these hours. When available, officers will kindly remind golfers and f ling players when it's time to stop. Any questions regarding the rules and regulations, please do not hesitate to contact the front gate. I or any of the other officers will gladly answer them, we seek compliance and adherence to the rules established at OHCC. Any actions performed by the officers that you would like me to address with the patrol officers, please give me a call or email. As always, thank you OHCC residents, for your vital role in our community. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the rules. We are committed to serving you and the community; your feedback is invaluable. If you have any concerns or suggestions that you would like to see addressed in a future issue of OHCC Living Magazine, we encourage you to share them. Please feel free to contact me via email or phone. My office at the front gate is always open for OHCC residents. ~ Tony Duong, Account Manager, Securitas Security Services, Tony.Duong@securitasinc. com, (760) 766-1458 or (760) 505-2146 Community Patrol Services
