DID YOU KNOW?
DID YOU KNOW that, although many residents have solar power, our community buildings don't, and likely never will? Back in
2023, our HOA Board entered into a contract for the solar powering of all of our clubhouses. Last year, however, the contract was terminated
by mutual consent after the solar company asked to replace the original nine page contract with a 27 page contract that had unfavorable
clauses.
DID YOU KNOW that Park West, our Landscape contractor, works on a schedule that allows them to visit and maintain the
community landscape as well as the front yards of the homes in the Front Yard Cost Center? Following this schedule means that all areas
receive attention once a month. It also means that Park West can't immediately react to resident requests for service, and most issues are
addressed during the regular rotation.
