"Witches Out at October Event." For this day, we traded in our red
hats and wore black hats decorated with lace, plumes, ribbons, veils,
f lowers, and buckles. We also wore black dresses, pants, shawls,
capes, scarves, and boots. Accessories are a must with the Divas,
and they wore earrings, necklaces, and bracelets with shimmering
stones and beads. As you walked into the room, you would have
seen black hats with large red f lowers hanging from the chandeliers.
There were three chairs decorated with red, black, or purple chair
throws. The tables were covered with black tablecloths. On each
table was a black hat and purple mesh place mats. We mingled
together, and as usual, hugs and laughter could be seen and heard
throughout the room. We posed for a group photo outside, and in
it, you will see our enthusiasm. We enjoyed beverages, lunch, and
dessert. Afterwards, we sang happy birthday to Lady Patricia. Now
it was time for "the much-anticipated Witches Dance." Dancing
Debbie led the Divas in the dance. Although the Divas were serious
about learning the dance steps, you could see they were having fun
learning. Baskets were raff led, and prizes were given. There is a
photo of the Crown Divas officers: Dancing Debbie, English Diva,
Sugar Mama, Lady Glitter, Queenie, Lady Goody Goody, and Miss
Chevious. This event is about us Divas not taking ourselves too
seriously; it's about showing our creative, fun side and sharing
it with one another. We continue our sisterhood and are looking
