| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | DECEMBER 2025 | 23 Happy Holidays to all our Four Seasons neighbors. Our holidays are upon us keeping us all very busy enjoying all the prepping. We're looking forward to all the holiday parties and the anticipation of being with family and friends. As we near the end of 2025, we ref lect, review, and recap what our Golden Girls did monthly. We enjoyed fun-filled activities along with continued support for our two local community organizations. What do we do as the Golden Girls Ladies Club? Here is a sample of our year: As a member we had field trips to Rancho Cucamonga Playhouse to see "Cruising Through the Changes," Escondido Wild animal Park, Ramona Bowl Playhouse e Mouse Trap, Hemet Western Science Center, Pechanga Casino, a trip to Idyllwild for a beautiful day in the hills, opening of Trader Joe's in Murrieta, Old Town Temecula Playhouse Fiddler on the Roof, Phil's BBQ in Temecula. We had the privilege of having a guest speaker Angel Cordova who reinforced the importance of relaxation through breathing. Her class was called "Breath Work." We also had the honor of having the Drum Circle, conducted by Daune Willaham and Larry Foster teaching us relaxation through music. Each month we also held "Fun Day Friday" headed by Debbie Foster and Jacque Wigle. One Friday a month we gathered in the card room to just have fun playing all kinds of cards, dice, and board games. You name it, we played it. Our philanthropic efforts were overwhelmingly successful as our members gathered to sew blankets for the critters in need at Pet Haven, headed by Linda Elliott. Debbie Foster led us in making Swag Bags for the lucky families who would adopt a pet. The bags were filled with pet items for the new owners. Valley Restart was our second community outreach led by Sharon Stout. Bi-monthly we would donate needed supplies. We are looking forward to 2026. Our Board will continue to serve and lead the club with energy and open arms to pursue another successful year, led by Julie Rodriguez.
