Hello Solera Diamond Valley!
As I prepare to step away from my role as General Manager, I want to take
a moment to reect on this chapter and express my sincere gratitude for the
opportunity to serve this community. Every experience both the challenges
and the successes has shaped me into a stronger, more resourceful leader.
During my tenure, I had the privilege of guiding several impactful
initiatives, including overseeing construction defect remediation,
completing a comprehensive clubhouse remodel on time and within
budget, managing pool deck resurfacing… to name a few. ese projects
represent more than operational improvements; they reect resilience,
accountability, and a shared commitment to creating a better experience
for residents. I am proud to have earned my CMCA and AMS designations
during this time and honored to have received the Seabreeze Hall of Fame
Award in 2022, which armed the values I strive to uphold in every role.
As many of you know, I began my journey in this industry nearly
eight years ago as a Front Desk Concierge at Mountain View Lodge. at
experience and the relationships I've built since, have been a blessing. To
those who have oered wisdom, support, and friendship, please know
how deeply I appreciate you. Your guidance and encouragement made it
possible for me to serve as your GM for nearly ve years.
To my team, my work family, thank you for being my source of strength.
Together, we've shared laughter, meals, and meaningful conversations
during our High, Low, Bualo sessions. We've faced challenges head-on,
celebrated victories, and supported each other through tough times. I am
truly grateful for each of you and the memories we've created along the way.
While change brings uncertainty, it also brings opportunity. I leave with
condence in the strength I've gained and excitement for what lies ahead.
ank you to everyone who collaborated and supported me along the way,
your dedication made a lasting impact.
Wishing you continued success and growth.
