Fall's cooler days bring thoughts of warm, joyful gatherings, and our November event delivered just that. Gobble and Gather featured a delicious potluck, with Bon Appétit providing a beautiful spread of meats, cheeses, and crudités, and our members contributing an array of sides and desserts. As always, they did not disappoint — our feast was plentiful, and the room was filled with laughter, shared stories, and genuine camaraderie. It was truly an event to remember. Our raffle baskets and the "Treasure Chest" added extra excitement as several lucky members went home with prizes. Ron and Debbie Monroe donated a lovely basket, and Patty Meinhardt contributed two trays of her wonderfully decorated cookies. Leanne and Tom Chase were among the big winners, taking home both a basket and a cookie tray! We also held our annual election. Patty Meinhardt, the neighborhood cookie lady, provided everything needed to create spooky and fun Halloween cookies. Fifteen participants learned about the different royal icing consistencies, decorating techniques for outlining, f looding, and piping designs on their tasty cookies. The class was a great success with sign- ups filling up the November class, where we will be decorating fall/Thanksgiving cookies. Patty will be providing a variety of classes in 2026 which include Valentine's, St. Patrick's Day, and spring-themed cookies. BON APPETIT CLUB COOKIE DECORATING CLASS
